I’m wondering…
Since I dived into this experiment, the three people I’ve learned the most from (passively, by reading their content and watching their videos) are male, I’m guessing in their 30s to 50s, and to my eye fit. Fitter than me for sure.
Why put myself out there with my journey as a baby pulmonaut at my advanced age, especially when James Nestor, Patrick McKeown, and Anders Olssen have preceded me in this space?
Wait a minute. What am I asking here?
What’s the “this” in my title? Am I asking why I am doing all this breath work and diaphragm training in the first place? Or am I asking why I’m offering these thoughts and insights and inviting you to join the conversation with me?
Both questions are certainly at play.
What I’m asking myself today:
Why put myself out there with my journey as a baby pulmonaut at my advanced age, especially when James Nestor, Patrick McKeown, and Anders Olssen have preceded me in this space? And of course the answer is I’m a woman in my 70s who didn’t get started on this journey until now. So here I am in this old body with these lungs daring to see what’s possible.
